01 Provider and acceptance
AltiJump is provided by Bartolome Luna, Camino Real s/n, Sinsacate, Córdoba, Argentina (the "Provider"). Contact: barto_luna@hotmail.com. By selecting "Accept and Continue," you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18. If you disagree, do not use the app.
02 Critical safety warning
ALTIJUMP IS NOT AN ALTIMETER, AUDIBLE, MEDICAL DEVICE, SAFETY DEVICE, NAVIGATION INSTRUMENT, OR CERTIFIED PRODUCT. It is a recreational logging and post‑activity analysis tool. Do not use it to decide when to exit, deploy a parachute, perform emergency procedures, navigate, or land. It does not replace training, judgment, instructors, or certified equipment. The app does not make an inherently dangerous activity safe.
03 Risks and technical limitations
Sensors, GPS, pressure, speed, heart rate, haptic alerts, battery, connectivity, and iOS/watchOS may provide inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete information, stop, or fail without notice. Wind, body position, clothing, impact, water, temperature, and device condition may affect readings. Alerts may not be delivered or perceived. Never rely on AltiJump to protect life or physical safety.
04 User responsibilities
You are responsible for certified equipment, compliance with laws and drop‑zone rules, current training, equipment checks, and professional instructions. Do not use the app if it may distract you, interfere with equipment, or cause an unsafe decision. Do not manipulate a phone or watch during critical phases of a jump.
05 License and permitted use
You receive a personal, limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use AltiJump on Apple devices you own or control, subject to App Store rules. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, modify, decompile, extract source code, or use the app unlawfully except where applicable law expressly permits.
06 Data and future features
The current version stores records locally and transfers jumps between Apple Watch and iPhone. Cloud storage, usage analytics, comparisons, and global or regional scores are not active. Before introduction, the Privacy Policy and, where appropriate, these Terms will be updated; renewed acceptance and necessary consent will be requested.
07 Availability, changes, and termination
The app has no guarantee of continuous availability. The Provider may fix, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Material changes require renewed acceptance. You may terminate this agreement by stopping use and deleting the app.
08 Warranties and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AltiJump is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness, safety, or error‑free operation. The Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, data loss, lost profits, or consequences of reliance on the app. Nothing limits nonwaivable consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury where the law prohibits exclusion.
09 Apple
This agreement is between you and the Provider, not Apple. The Provider is responsible for AltiJump, support, and claims. Apple has no maintenance or support obligation. If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a possible purchase‑price refund; Apple has no other warranty obligation. You must comply with third‑party terms and represent that you are not in a U.S.‑embargoed country or on a restricted‑party list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third‑party beneficiaries and may enforce these Terms.
10 Intellectual property and claims
AltiJump and its components belong to the Provider or licensors. The Provider, not Apple, is responsible for product, consumer‑protection, and intellectual‑property claims.
11 Governing law and general terms
Argentine law governs and disputes are submitted to competent courts in Córdoba, Argentina, without removing mandatory consumer protections or nonwaivable venues in your country or region. If a provision is invalid, the remainder continues. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable App Store rules govern AltiJump.
